I bought a 7000 nothing but problems 2 cracked rear wheels 5 idler pulleys, pto clutch transaxle leak,2 drive belts it’s only got 215 hours on the dealer support is horrible in western pa the dealer in Hadley pa refuses to work on my machine because I put on his market place add asking him if my Chinese idler bearing pulleys came in yet I had been waiting 4 weeks stocks no parts should not sell to a commercial user that needs his machine to make his living he truly doesn’t care never had any issues with the exmark or ferris dealer like this lesson learned
I bought a 2022 Bobcat 7000 ZT new from dealer. At 8 hours, sprocket nut holding deck broke. Downtime 1 week. At about 16 hours, belt broke ! If I were a commercial operator it’s like having a Top Commercial mower break down every 8 hours. I took the loss of 20% due to aggravation with Bobcat. I now own a 2022 Gravely 660. Infinitely smoother riding, same 38.5 hp Kawasaki EFI engine, same speed, same grass dispersion in cuts, exponentially more reliable machine.
